Ion Property Management originally began in the town of Scottsdale, AZ and as the company has flourished, we now are proud to be working in several markets across the United States. Currently, we operate in Phoenix (AZ), Boise (ID), and Flagstaff, (AZ).

Calendar Management
Ion Property Management will provide full attention to your property to ensure we maximize productivity while still renting it to the best guests possible. Every property we manage is treated as if it were our own.
We pride ourselves on maintaining an 85% occupancy rate across the board with the current properties we manage. We take over 35% of our bookings directly, which essentially means we eliminate the middle man and their expensive fees and in turn create more revenue for our clients!
Inventory
Ion Property Management will guarantee that your property is equipped with the various items and inventory that guests may need during their stay. We are able to deduct these expenses from your monthly revenue so you don’t have to pay for them! It will be included as a line item when you receive your monthly statement.
Interior Decorators & Furnishing
We work with world-class interior designers to fulfill all your home furnishing needs while creating a welcoming and luxurious aesthetic for all properties.
Monthly Financial Statement
As a one-stop-shop property management firm, we ensure that each of our property owners receives a detailed financial statement on a monthly basis.
Maintenance
Our cleaning teams, pool service technicians, and maintenance personnel allow our property owners and our customers to feel safe knowing that all properties are being maintained with detail and care!

Yes, in most cases we will accommodate guests traveling with pets. We charge the guest a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. This ensures that the added cost to clean the home after a guest with a pet is not passed on to the homeowner.

Yes, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside our rentals. We enforce a minimum $1,000 fee for smoking inside an IPM property.

Yes, all IPM properties are furnished!

Our Field Operators follow a strict and highly detailed checklist prior to every check-in to ensure the property is properly prepared. Once the property has been approved and is ready, our automated front door code will be sent to the guest for check-in!
